Purchase Requistion Workflow not completed in AX 2009

Hi,

     I am working on Purchase requsition workflow in ax 2009 and technically everything has been done. Created the workflow configuration and submitted the PR workflow document.

Later i run that tutorial_Workflow Processor form but later i am unable to approve that Workflow document. 

To which user i have assigned that user is having admin rights, still workflow is  not completed. 

Please help me since i am new to AX 2009.
