Access to demo data for AX 2012 R3

Hi all,

I am trying to get DynamicsAX2012R3DemoData.exe from the location:

and the tool:

I don't seem to have the access to this. How do I request or gain access - or is there an alternate location where I can download the items?

Any help and/or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
