Code deployment to environment in another LCS

Hi,

I need to deploy some code changes from one environment to another. However these two environments are not in the same LCS. I check the wiki article https://ax.help.dynamics.com/en/wiki/apply-a-deployable-package-on-a-dynamics-ax-system/ this needs to be under LCS. Is there any other way I can export as a package and deploy manually?
